The CAP Ambassador Monthly Compassion Challenge

Sanya Pirani, our CAP Ambassador, invites you to join the Monthly Compassion Challenge!

Criteria:

Document acts of kindness for 30 days
Submit Kindness Log to the CAP Ambassador – submission details below
Behavioral kindness is hard to measure, but try to document the date and time of the act of kindness as best as possible
Following are some examples:
Helping someone outside your family.
Help someone with their homework or buy books for someone in need
Help another student in school or in your community.
Provide one hour of community service at CAP agency for Scott, carver or Dakota per week.
Partner with the CAP Ambassador to fundraise for various community programs at the CAP Agency.
Adopt a senior

Submission details:

Log of monthly compassionate behavior to be submitted to Sanya Pirani, CAP Ambassador, via email at dilshadpirani@hotmail.com
A certificate will be presented to challenge award recipients at an annual fundraising event.
Donations are highly encouraged to cover the cost of certificates.
