Proposal for 2015- 2015 Presented by Sanya to CAP agency CEO Joseph Vaughan on 12/11/15
Website changes: CAP agency donation site could use these changes for example anyone could start fundraiser for CAP, anyone could create a fundraiser team but that page should show achievement bar where they are and how much more money left to raises, site should also have clear “Give Now” button and rolling “Honor Roll” button where people can see who donated and who supported. Starting online CAP agency store would be another great idea to promote CAP work as well as generate money to roll into various projects. Example selling CAP merchandise and I have more ideas to create CAP jewelry for kids and adults. Also, we can sell my individual, family or business size compassion jars (I will be happy to submit the JEWELARY design once we will get approval to start online store).
I would like to start on-line “Adopt a senior project “and “Adopt a family for Christmas project” first, we will need to create awareness by information flier distribution about these projects and giving presentation about those projects example creating flier about frequently asked questions…. (I will have that FLIER ready upon request)
If Joe is willing to reach out to school in Prior Lake, Shakopee, Chaska, Dakota and Waconia to start with we can start giving information sessions… soon as first week of Jan 2016.
I also think if you could start “CAP Volunteer honor program” which will include youth ages from 7 year to 17 year. I have guideline laid out how to give service honor and why
… (I will have that ready upon request).
We should organized CAP fundraiser in spring –summer 2016 “Red Ribbon walk a cause” Carnival and Continue Food Drive. If decision making team agree with this idea. Work need to be started in Dec 2015 for spring program. Let me know, I can explain the details.
I would like to come speak at all staff CAP agency meeting if there is any. If we don’t have all 3 county big meeting, it will be our chance to organize one because to initiate and implement new program will requires creating awareness and energizing our base first.
Currently, I have my individual’s compassion, Family and Business compassion jars are ready. 3 local business like Edelweiss Bakery in Prior Lake, New Horizon on 42 and Gold Smith eye care in prior lake left those business compassion jars. (Money only received from Edelweiss Bakery so far). My book mark for help project is also running. Feel free to spread the concept.
Details of all CAP agency projects and statistic data to educate myself is needed. This information would be useful to me. (Joe plans to provide the details in first week of January 2016).
I would like to know who and when will you share my proposal to, will it be board or management meeting or both? I do not mind to present it myself so that if anyone have question I will be able to explain right away.
*Above goals are realistic and achievable. If you agreed with my ideas we could start work by first pick a projects to work than have all staff meeting to present to get workaholic winning team together.
